Privacy Policy
The short version: Routine has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. Your routine data stays on your device. The only third party involved is Apple (and RevenueCat, which helps verify purchases).
Who we are
Routine is made by Samandar Rajabboyev ("I", "me"). Questions about this policy: support@samandar.dev.
What stays on your device
- Your items, completion history, streaks, timers and counters.
- Your settings: username, haptics and accent color.
- Reminders you schedule. Notifications are created and delivered locally by iOS; nothing is sent to a server.
- A small summary shared between the app and its Home Screen widgets on the same device (via an App Group). It never leaves the device.
I don't receive, store or have access to any of this. There is no cloud sync, so deleting the app deletes this data.
What is not collected
Routine does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, health data, browsing data or usage analytics. It contains no advertising or tracking SDKs, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
Purchases
Premium is purchased through the App Store. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; I never see your payment details. To verify purchases and unlock premium, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat receives purchase information (such as which products you own and your purchase receipts) and an anonymous app user identifier. It does not receive your routine data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for how it handles that data.
Permissions
- Notifications — requested only when you turn on reminders. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings.
Children
Routine does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
